Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please inform us within 2 working days of receiving your goods. All packages should be carefully checked upon delivery for any signs of damage or leakage before you sign for them. Once signed for, Flocking Ltd cannot accept liability for any damage or missing items unless a thorough inspection is conducted at the time of delivery.

To assist with returns, please provide clear photographic evidence of any damage or defects, and notify us within 2 working days. We will arrange for a repair or replacement, as appropriate, at no extra cost to you.

Missing Items

If your order is missing items, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt. Any missing products must be reported promptly, or we cannot accept responsibility for them. Retain all packaging and documentation for inspection.
