UK Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 11am within 1 business day, unless otherwise specified at the time of order. Orders placed after 11am on weekdays will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Any orders placed after 11am on Friday will be shipped the following Monday (excluding bank holidays). In the rare event that an item shows as in stock but is unavailable in our warehouse, we will notify you within 24 hours with an update on your order.
Free Shipping: Free shipping is available for UK mainland customers when promotional offers apply.

UK Mainland Delivery
- Standard delivery to UK mainland addresses is £8.75 for orders weighing between 2kg and 10kg. For consignments over 10kg, an additional charge of £0.25 per kg applies. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- For smaller, lighter items, we use Royal Mail services, which are available at a lower rate, ranging from £2.80 to £4.20 depending on weight.
Scottish Highlands & Islands
Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands is charged at £15.50 and is sent via a 2-3 working day service.
Northern Ireland
Delivery to Northern Ireland is charged at £15.50, with a 2-3 working day delivery service.
IMPORTANT:
- If your package is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt (e.g., if you were unavailable to accept the parcel), we reserve the right to restock the item(s) and refund your payment, minus any courier fees incurred for the delivery and return. You will need to reorder to have the items shipped again.
- If free delivery was applied to your order, and the package is returned because the customer did not arrange for redelivery, we reserve the right to charge for redelivery when the items are reshipped.
