Damaged Goods
If any goods are damaged or faulty upon receipt, please notify us within two working days. All packages should be inspected for damage or leakage before signing for delivery. Once goods are signed for, Flocking Ltd cannot accept liability for damage unless the package is inspected at the time of delivery. We require clear photographic evidence of the damage to process a replacement or repair. Failure to provide photographic evidence within two working days may affect your claim. If any items are missing, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Keep all packaging and contents for inspection.
Faulty Goods
If any product is confirmed as faulty, Flocking Ltd will:
- Replace the item(s) free of charge
- Issue a full refund if a replacement is not required
Returns Information
Under the UK’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 working days from the day after delivery. The returned goods must be in their original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty. Upon receipt of the returned items, Flocking Ltd will issue a refund for the goods, minus any postage costs incurred by the customer. All returns must be in re-saleable condition, and include documents related to the original sale.

Collections
For collections from our warehouse, please select this option during checkout, and no delivery charges will be added. Payment
All prices are quoted in UK pounds sterling, but can be converted to other currencies upon request. Payments must be made in pounds sterling, though your card provider will convert the appropriate amount. We accept Cash, BACS, cheque, postal order, and PayPal. Orders will only be processed once funds are cleared. Cheques may take 4-5 days to clear.
Making and Accepting Orders
Once you place an order, whether by phone or email, we will confirm your order via phone or email. Orders will not be processed until confirmed. If payments are made via PayPal, please include any special instructions regarding the item to be flocked in the notes, or confirm via email.
Cancelling Orders and Refunds
Orders can be cancelled before we begin processing your items for flocking. Once we’ve started the process, cancellations are not refundable. If you cancel your order after delivery but before we begin flocking, we will refund the order cost, excluding postage and handling charges. Shipping and Delivery of Goods
Shipping prices quoted are for door-to-door delivery. Completed items typically ship within 5-7 days to allow for processing and curing time. Delivery to remote areas may incur extra charges, which will be discussed at the time of order. Weekend delivery may also incur additional charges. All items shipped via Flocking Ltd are fully insured.
Dropping Off and Collecting Items
For dropped-off items, please book an appointment in advance. Due to high demand, we cannot guarantee immediate processing. If items are dropped off without prior arrangement, a minimum 50% deposit may be required. Once the work is completed, we will notify you of the estimated collection time. If items are not collected within 2 weeks of completion, full payment will be taken before work commences.
Damage of Goods in Transit
All items sent via courier are insured against damage. If goods are damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Retain all delivery documentation, and if the packaging appears damaged, open the box in the presence of the courier. Always note any damage on the delivery note. Notify us promptly of any damage at either phone or email.
Airbags and Safety
Please note that we do not accept airbags for flocking. Airbags are considered hazardous due to their explosive nature. We also do not accept responsibility for any defects or damage to airbags after flocking. It is your responsibility to ensure the safe removal and refitting of airbags, and we recommend that any related work be carried out by professionals.
